Engagment Session: Rebekah & James
My boyfriend’s brother recently proposed and will be getting married during the summer next year!
James has been in the Navy for several years and Rebekah will be finishing nursing school soon… so we did a little reenactment:

1st Birthday: Preston
Baby Preston is growing up! He can walk pretty well now, starting to chit-chat a bit and prefers his savory foods over sweets.

1st Birthday: Sophia
I met Shelby just a few months before she had Sophia, but I could tell that this child is her everything. Now Sophia is 1 year old!
Along with photographing the birthday events, I asked Shelby to write out a few words of advice for her little baby to read when she is 18:
Darling Sophia, you’re growing up TOO FAST little lady!
You completely blew my mind when you opened up a book today and pointed to an apple tree, proudly announcing: “APPLE”
